Waumba Land is Growing!

Ten years ago, Buckhead Church started with a vision to build a church that could grow full of adults and children that were eager to know Jesus more. Ten years later, God has blessed us with that result in amazing ways, and, with it, a new challenge. We are out of space in our Waumba Land preschool ministry environment.

We know that we can’t reach Atlanta if we can’t offer preschool space for families. So, we’ve created a plan to expand Waumba Land to a size that can welcome all the preschoolers that might arrive on a Sunday morning. As you can also imagine, this endeavor will come with a price tag (around $1.1 million, to be exact). On one hand, that is a large number. But on the other hand, I know that we can do this. Know that we see this as a project for all of us…not just parents of preschoolers. It will have to be that way for this to work.
